Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Overview of the Role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine trains doctors with a focus on patient-centered care. Established in 2010 by Nanyang Technological University in partnership with Imperial College London, it aims to be a leader in innovative medical education and research.

The National Healthcare Group is the clinical partner for the School.

The TARIPH Centre for Respiratory Research Excellence at LKCMedicine is a national platform advancing respiratory health research in Singapore.

We seek a motivated Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support operations and engagement activities, contributing to public health initiatives and building a career in academic or research administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and workflows.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including procurement, office coordination, KPI reporting, and event organization.
  • Handle communication with stakeholders via the Centre's main inbox.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Develop communication materials such as website content, newsletters, and reports.
  • Liaise with institutional departments and external partners for research initiatives.
  • Engage with TARIPH patient partners and coordinate activities for the TARIPH Patient Network.
  • Perform other duties to support the Centre's growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in academic, healthcare, or research administration (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
  • Experience in event coordination or stakeholder engagement is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Adobe/content design software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pay attention to detail.
