  • The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our main teaching staff to provide high-quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • They will also partner with parents to assess and track the developmental growth and progress of the children.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to implement centre programmes and new initiatives to promote learning and engagement among the children.
Requirements:
  • National level qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year's experience working with children in a similar setting, preferably in an educational institution.
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to nurture early learners are essential qualities for this position.
  • Ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure the candidate's success in this role.
Work Arrangements:
  • Rotating shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of the centre.
  • A five-day work week with 42 hours per week, providing a sustainable work-life balance.
  • The centre operates from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am to 2pm on Saturdays, offering flexibility and variety in the work schedule.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our passion for early childhood education.
