Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Systems Engineering professional to develop and enhance factory automation capabilities with intelligent real-time dispatching, scheduling, and workflow execution systems.

As a key member of our team, you will design and implement advanced manufacturing solutions to drive organizational information transparency and achieve operational excellence in our factories.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain Real-Time Dispatching (RTD) rules, Automation Workflows, and integration solutions with other CIM systems programmed within the Applied Material's Advanced Productivity Family (APF) suite.
  • Coordinate and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and optimize intelligent production business models/rules to attain factory quality, cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization goals.
  • Ensure high availability of engineering applications by performing systems improvement, maintenance, and recovery tasks, including installing, patching, upgrading, enhancing, integrating, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving problems encountered and reported.
  • Perform periodic reviews, establish strategies, and execute plans to surpass performance indices, enhance, and provide for renewal of both software and hardware.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial or Operations Research Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, JavaScript, .Net, ASP, ASP.NET, VBA, SQL, and familiarity with server installation.
  • General knowledge on Network Infrastructure components, including RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL), Unix, Linux, Apache, Tomcat.
  • Knowledge of data structures of factory systems software, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (PROMIS, SiView) and MCS, SPC, FDC, APC, EIM, CMMS applications used in semiconductor manufacturing.
