Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Growth

Overview

The BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead business growth in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align on client needs and enhance placement success.
  • Monitor financial performance and execute strategies for improvement.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process, driving results and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on Sales or 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Excellent sales, analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
