The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing research support services for clinical trials and studies at Kk Women's And Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements for all clinical trials.
  2. Provide independent oversight for the administration of clinical trials assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).
  3. Support the submission process for materials to CIRB and/or HSA on behalf of sponsors and PIs.
  4. Manage complex commercial or industry-initiated trials from initiation to completion, including subject recruitment and retention.
  5. Maintain accurate records of study equipment and investigational products throughout the trial period.
  6. Collaborate with quality control teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality assurance initiatives.
  7. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with PIs and sponsor companies to facilitate smooth trial operations.
  8. Represent the research team at investigator meetings and start-up meetings for trials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science and related fields.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language/dialect.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
