Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage large volumes of purchase orders, goods receipts, and e-invoicing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery and accurate invoice processing while adhering to government guidelines.

In addition to managing procurement submissions through the GeBIZ system, you will maintain procurement contracts and departmental records. Your organizational skills will be essential in scheduling departmental meetings and providing administrative support for various projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration, preferably in procurement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Government Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with government finance and procurement systems would be an added advantage.
