Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Documentation: Ensure all structural drawings and specifications are fully compliant with project requirements.
  • Technical Drawing: Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modeling, and documentation.
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM): Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM modeling / Revit / AutoCAD.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Prepare and submit drawings that comply with the Contract's guidelines.
  • Project Management: Ensure drawing and design meet the project deadline.
  • Space Management: Manage and optimize space allocation.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognized institutions.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the related field.
  • Skills: Drafting experience in M&E services is a must. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM / Revit MEP is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Hardworking, willing to learn, and with a good working attitude. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Language: Required language (English & Mandarin) to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking client.
