Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing post-trade processing activities, ensuring financial compliance, and contributing to operational readiness for new business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform reconciliation and documentation of trade transactions
  • Enter deals into respective systems upon trader requests
  • Update deal information in trading systems and perform profit realization and strategy closure for physical and paper trades
  • Provide support for tender requirements and drive projects to improve processes in Dealhandling
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and closing period compliance
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks
  • Prepare reports and analysis on contract performance and trade activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance or operations
