We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Management Associate.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Management Associate will be responsible for assisting Department/Division Heads with critical duties and responsibilities, contributing directly to departmental objectives. The role will also involve leading or participating in special projects, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact and develop project management skills.
- Assist in supporting the leadership of various departments/divisions.
- Lead or participate in special projects to make an impact and develop project management skills.
- Engage in a structured rotational program across different departments/divisions to broaden understanding of operations and identify areas of interest.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Degree or Diploma in any field of study.
- Fresh graduates, or entry-level candidates with less than two years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
