Mercer is seeking a seasoned Principal Consultant to join its Talent & Transformation business. As a key member of the team, you will help clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of work and drive strategic workforce planning.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of HR consulting experience across various domains, including workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, and skills acquisition.

  • Lead complex HR consulting projects as a project director and mentor to junior consultants.
  • Drive sales growth by increasing revenue from existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop a strong client network and engage in business development activities to establish a robust pipeline.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales and client engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that project requirements, solutions, and deliverables meet their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
