Job Opportunity: Compensation Professional
">We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Total Rewards team as a Senior Compensation Analyst.
">This role involves collaborating closely with business leaders, People partners, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that drive business results.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands.
">Responsibilities:
">- Conduct comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify disparities and recommend solutions.
- Deliver high-quality compensation data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights on trends and program performance.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to support mission-critical initiatives, such as annual merit reviews and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to inform pay decisions for internal and external hires.
Qualifications:
">Required Skills:
">- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of human resource laws, local regulations, and best practices.
