Culinary Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional quality menu items while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary operation team to prepare and deliver quality menu items in accordance with concept offerings.
  • Oversee the implementation of processes and guidelines in Culinary Operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient workflows.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in the preparation of all meals to the highest quality standards, adhering to SOPs and workplace safety practices.
  • Manage kitchen inventory levels and quality by placing orders for all food and kitchen supplies based on projected demand endorsed by the chef.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in culinary management, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and ordering systems.
