Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce operations manager to lead our online marketplaces across various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and more. As an e-commerce operations manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our e-commerce strategy, including product listing, digital marketing, campaign management, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms (titles, descriptions, images, SEO, pricing).
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., sales events) across platforms.
  • Work with graphic designers and content teams to develop banners, product visuals, and digital assets.
  • Utilize platform tools (e.g., sponsored solutions, ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, listing, and launches.
  • Monitor and report on marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, returns).
  • Forecast and plan for online demand and promotions.
  • Implement the company's e-commerce strategy to increase brand presence, customer engagement, and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (preferably with multiple platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, marketplace algorithms, and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Photoshop/Canva, and e-commerce back-end dashboards.
