Job Description

As a Senior Geospatial Data Scientist, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated data and machine learning systems that power internal products.

You will work closely with engineers and product managers to design and implement multi-modal capabilities on unstructured data such as text or images using generative models or deep learning methods.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, R, or Scala, with data manipulation and visualization libraries such as pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, and seaborn.

A strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques with real-world application is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in data science or related field, preferably within on-demand services or technology industry
  • Experience solving problems using deep learning (graph learning, NLP, images, generative AI) is a plus
