Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Dog Daycare Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch care and attention to our furry friends.

You'll engage our doggie guests in supervised play, mental stimulation games, training, walks, feeding, and other activities that promote their physical and mental health. Your keen eye for detail and ability to multitask will ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in your care.

A clean and organized environment is essential to providing exceptional care, so you'll also be responsible for maintaining a spotless play and work area. This may involve assisting groomers with bathing or basic grooming tasks when needed.

In addition to providing exceptional care, you'll also contribute to administrative tasks, such as logging dog activities, taking photos and videos, and assisting with customer service inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior dog daycare experience is preferred but not mandatory; however, experience working with animals in a professional or volunteer capacity is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job.
