Marketing Brand Leader

This position is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and event bookings. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a Strong Brand Identity: Ensuring consistency across all marketing channels to reflect the company's vision.
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution: Planning, developing, and executing campaigns to generate leads and increase bookings.
- Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, content calendars, and engagement strategies to foster a strong online presence.
- Visual Storytelling: Coordinating photography, videography, and design efforts to showcase the venue's offerings effectively.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Driving partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Supporting Sales Teams: Creating marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts.
- Market Research and Insights: Gathering competitor insights and market research to refine brand positioning.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or events industry (hospitality/venue management preferred).
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective storytelling and collaboration.
