Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing existing applications related to WINK+, as well as troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.

  • Maintain and develop existing applications relating to WINK+
  • Translate functional requirements from users into sound technical designs that meet the objectives
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
  • Able to work both independently and with a team on multiple projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience working with Cloud Native Infrastructure (familiarity with AWS is a plus)
  • Candidates with zero-to-one startup and scale-up experience is a plus
Benefits

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
  • Bonus: Experience with C# and familiarity with .NET frameworks
