Job Title: Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee the construction of civil and structural works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, including construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
  • Provide ongoing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works as needed.
  • Carry out inspections and supervision of M&E works, including concreting, pavement, drainage, compaction, curing of concrete, formwork, re-props and removal of props, quality & erection of precast components and steel works.
  • Manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officers under his charge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in major construction works, including deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, flexible/rigid aircraft pavement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
  • Accredited as a Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES).
