Job Title: Planner

We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing forecast planning, planning and scheduling production orders, and coordinating with project leaders and production supervisors to prioritize work according to the delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage forecast planning to ensure accurate production schedules.
  • Plan and schedule production orders based on demand and available resources.
  • Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work according to the delivery schedule.
  • Oversee material and production planning, requisition materials, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) or design change implementations.
  • Confirm orders based on material and capacity availability.
  • Plan, control, and work with purchasers to manage material deliveries and prevent excess stock inventory.
  • Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Prepare periodic reports such as Excess and Obsolete (E&O) and quarterly buy-down claims.
  • Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
