Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of contact centre operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in importing data for report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, pivots, formulas, graphs, and flow charts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, developing, and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations on Key Performance Indicators and other key statistical data in a call center inbound/customer service programs.

They will also perform market analysis to support business decision making and run and analyze reports with the aim of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, pivots, formulas, graphs, and flow charts
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of contact centre operations
  • Ability to prioritize and complete all tasks, including ad-hoc assignments in short periods
  • Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market language
