Job Title: Educational Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Education Professional to join our team. As a key member of the educational community, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of students with special requirements.
  • Your role will involve developing daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum, while employing innovative strategies to engage students with varying learning abilities. You will work closely with Teacher Assistants to provide guidance and support in teaching and learning.
  • You will also collaborate with the IEP Team, families, and colleagues to promote student growth, positive learning outcomes, and smooth transitions.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will participate in curriculum planning and development, contribute to department-level discussions, and assist in coordinating events and committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Special Education from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a special needs school.
