Job Title: Customer Information Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Information Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing customer profiles to determine required information and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client profiles to determine required KYC information as per procedure.
  • Examine existing documents, obtain new documents if any changes are observed.
  • Collect or source client information from public sources.
  • Perform sanity checks on collected data and liaise with relationship managers for further information and confirmation.
  • Conduct name screening and background checks.
  • Input client data and upload documents into our KYC system.
  • Liaise with quality controllers and compliance teams for any issues.
  • Ensure the global quality of KYC files according to compliance rules.
  • Participate in departmental method and process improvement initiatives.
  • Review and analyze information procured to ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Additionally, you should have solid knowledge of KYC procedures and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
