Job Description

This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week, 9am-6pm, based in Changi North.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emergency Response: Support and execute Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities including arranging meetings, monitoring action items, performing equipment inspections, tracking inventories, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Assist in preparing materials for BCP meetings, tracking action items, conducting quarterly notification tests, and facilitating annual tabletop exercises and document reviews.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in EHS management systems, emergency planning, and business process management.

A strong understanding of satellite operations and first aid procedures is also required.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $2200-$2500 per month.
