Visual Designer Role

This role involves conceptualizing and developing visual designs that enhance the user experience on various campaigns, social media initiatives, and more.

We are looking for a creative professional who can demonstrate strong conceptual thinking capabilities, comprehend operational requirements and objectives of E-Commerce, and collaborate with operation and marketing strategists through brainstorming sessions to formulate core narratives for concepts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in visual design or art direction, with a portfolio of best-in-class creativity that connects brands with audiences digitally and beyond. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, as well as proficiency in digital culture and AIGC-related tools and products.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development:
- Develops key visual elements and associated visual assets leveraging tools such as Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others
- Contributes to establishing visual guidelines

Assist Art Direction:
- Employs industry-leading production practices
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends, resources, and innovations in creative design

Campaign Key Visual Execution:
- Translates core concepts into visual form

Maintenance of Design Assets System:
- Participates in and sustains the visual identity guidelines and assets library

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Creative design experiences in tech companies or design agencies
- 1-3 years experience in visual design or art direction
- Prior experience working on E-Commerce related operational campaign projects is preferred
- Portfolio of best-in-class creativity that connects brands with audiences digitally and beyond
- Fluency in Chinese and English (will need to cooperate with departments based in China)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degrees in visual design or visual communication
- Depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them
- Experience with AIGC-related tools and products, with proficiency in their use
