Job Title: Telecommunications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of commercial 4G/5G base station L2/L3 software. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecommunications and experience working with major vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing commercial 4G/5G L2/L3 software.
  • Oversee the entire development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of base station solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom, focusing on 5G technologies and base station development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams and managing commercial base station projects.
  • Experience with telecom vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE is preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of 5G base station architecture and L2/L3 protocol stack.
  • Familiarity with 5G protocols (e.g., RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC).
