ERP Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving IT application systems and processes, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse and improve IT application systems and processes
  • Manage application change requests and assist in project management
  • Develop, configure, and test AX functions, web services, and interfaces between application systems
  • Customise and configure workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
  • Troubleshoot user problems and needs
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Metabase BI, and mobile interface applications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and administering ERP solutions on Microsoft Dynamics AX (version 2012 and above)
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server and associated reporting services
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
