About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Wealth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth reviews of high-net-worth individuals and families to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer profiles to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance.
- Analyze complex financial data and develop written reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement remediation plans and enhance overall risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements and provide guidance to colleagues on best practices.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate results effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
