We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting languages and experience with DevSecOps tools. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Provide technical support services for DevSecOps systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain iALM applications and infrastructure in production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users in line with SLA requirements.
  • Create workflows based on ALM workflows.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles.
  • Liaise with product IT support when required.
  • Ensure integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems.
  • Conduct user training on updated iALM workflows, features, and best practices.
  • Support users in publishing documents and creating templates.
  • Manage migration from iALM applications to recommended tools.
  • Recommend optimized processes and workflows to enhance system performance.
  • Review and update user guides for new application features and usage.
  • Report weekly status on issue resolutions and system resource utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Strong technical skills in scripting languages such as Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • At least 2 years' experience in maintaining DevSecOps systems/ALM applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a user-centric environment with a focus on quality delivery.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
