Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting high-profile executives and guests to and from various locations. You will maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle, plan routes and navigate traffic efficiently, assist with entering and exiting the vehicle, and perform routine checks on the vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport senior executives and guests to and from meetings, events, and personal appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Plan routes and navigate traffic to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Assist with luggage and other items as needed.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks, including tire pressure, oil, fuel, brakes, and other critical components.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, and other expenses.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of senior executives during transport and at destinations.
  • Stay informed about current traffic conditions, road closures, and construction areas to avoid delays.

Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a personal driver or chauffeur preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic patterns.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable communicating in Mandarin/Chinese.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items.
