**Procurement Specialist Job Description**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing procurement schedules, forecasting needs, and identifying opportunities for direct buying relationships with manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create draft procurement schedule based on project plans and seek approval from Commercial Managers.
  • Forecast procurement needs based on ongoing inputs from the construction team and update procurement schedules accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for developing direct buying relationships with manufacturers to minimize transaction costs.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports and share them with supervisors for review.
  • Understand product specifications shared by engineering/construction teams and seek clarification on commercial aspects as required.
  • Identify prospective suppliers globally and evaluate them based on product cost, availability, specifications, delivery timelines.
