Pharmacist Job Description

This role involves providing pharmaceutical care services to patients and is responsible for the preparation and participation in multidisciplinary team (MDT) rounds to review patient clinical status and treatment needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore and experience in hospital working environments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Prepare for and participate in MDT rounds to review patients' clinical status and treatment needs.
    • Listen to, engage, and empower patients and caregivers with needful medication counselling and disease management advice.
    • Lead a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants in the provision of safe and high quality pharmaceutical care services, education, quality improvement projects, and clinically-relevant research.

Requirements:
A degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore.
Candidates with several years of experience can be considered for a Senior position.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
