We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Boon Lay Clinic & Surgery PTE. LTD.
About the Role:This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong administrative and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient registration and scheduling appointments
- Record medical history and perform general administrative duties assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Managers
- Dispense medication and reconcile daily monetary transactions
- Update medical billings and invoices
- Monthly stock-take of drugs and consumables
- Assist and chaperone doctors during physical examinations
- Prepare and stock examination rooms with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Minimum GCE O Level or higher
- Prior healthcare experience is an advantage but not required (Training will be provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures and equipment used in clinical setups
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
$40,000 - $60,000 per annum
Please note that the salary range is estimated based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
