Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintenance of company products on-site to ensure satisfactory performance
  • Proper installation, testing, and commissioning of products at customer sites
  • Attending promptly to service and fault calls in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, advice, and training to customers and channel partners
  • Planning maintenance schedules and performing repairs and other service support to customers according to SLAs
