Media Transformation Manager
Job Description:
As a Media Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in helping our clients reinvent themselves and achieve their business goals through innovative digital media solutions.
You will be responsible for leading the daily operations of client accounts, building relationships with clients and agency partners, and developing strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a pulse on client relationships to ensure high satisfaction scores
- Leading daily account operations, coordinating with creative agencies and media owners to achieve campaign goals
- Developing strategies and providing recommendations based on analytics and marketing concepts
- Overseeing workflow of client campaigns, including delegating tasks and mentoring team members
- Identifying opportunities to generate revenue from existing relationships and creating new relationships
- Minimum 5 years experience in a media agency, with hands-on experience with various technology platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Solid understanding of media terminology and concepts, with commercial acumen
- Attention to detail and numeracy skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
