Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Director to lead our housekeeping team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality in all rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for housekeeping activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of housekeeping experience, including 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Diploma in Housekeeping Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess knowledge of housekeeping functions in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
