We are seeking a senior business leader to spearhead our commercial operations in the Greater China region.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in launching and scaling branded consumer products in Mainland China.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving new market entry, acquiring strategic clients, and implementing regional commercial partnerships to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and own the end-to-end business development roadmap for our in-house brands.

Finalise the brand positioning and multi-channel strategy within the first 3 months of employment.

Finalise and present a comprehensive product development and launch roadmap during the probation period.

Launch a minimum of 3 products within the first 6 months to validate the business model and identify flagship SKUs.

Secure distribution in no fewer than 2 commercially viable channels within 6 months.

Achieve a cumulative sales target of RMB 15 million within the first 12 months of employment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the China consumer goods market (FMCG, wellness, lifestyle or similar industries).
  • Proven track record in launching new consumer products in China and delivering quantifiable sales outcomes.
  • Prior experience in securing and managing regional distribution partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution discipline.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) for business negotiation and stakeholder communication.
  • Prior team management or cross-border coordination experience preferred.
  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
