Job Title: Senior Software Craftsman

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web and Mobile Application Developer to lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications that meet strict deadlines while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding project requirements and expectations
  • Collaborating closely with users in the user requirement gathering process
  • Analyzing requirements and designing systems accordingly
  • Managing tasks to meet client requirements
  • Investigating and rectifying application problems as reported by users
  • Responding promptly to user feedback and requests
  • Developing high-quality web-based applications using web and mobile technologies
  • Performing thorough testing
  • Ensuring a match between customer expectations and delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or higher in computer science or a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Application Developer or similar role
  • Experience in designing and building web and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, VB.Net, Angular, Python, React Native, ReactJs)
  • Database management skills (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Machine Learning knowledge is a bonus
  • Open for no-code or low-code development
  • Experience in Agile project methodology (Scrum)
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Ellicit business requirements from clients
  • Strong understanding of software design and programming principles
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on project success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Certified Application Developer is a plus
  • Service-oriented and able to build rapport with customers
