Job Title: Equipment Failure Investigator
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to conduct thorough investigations into equipment failures, analyze the root causes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data, conducting experiments and collaborating with engineers to ensure compliance with completion target dates and assist the production line in running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct failure analysis using measurement tools.
- Coordinate with engineers to meet completion target dates.
- Maintain ISO quality standards.
- Ensure proper 5S housekeeping and EHS compliance on the test floor.
- NITEC or Diploma in Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing with lab exposure.
- Proficiency in using SEM, EDX, Microscope and visual measurement tools.
- Fresh graduates with related internship experience or candidates with a few years of working experience welcome to apply.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingsness to work in rotating shifts.
