Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of part-time data entry specialist.

This position involves accurately entering data and maintaining records in Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have strong attention to detail, and be able to commit at least 5 hours per day (Monday–Friday).

The selected candidate will also support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets and maintain records.
  • Data Organization: Organize and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Accuracy and Completeness: Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and record maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Availability: Able to commit at least 5 hours per day (Monday–Friday).
  • Reliability: Responsible and reliable with ability to meet deadlines.
