Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Indirect Category Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our indirect category management team and developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and process improvements across multiple regions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

* Lead a team of procurement professionals to execute category strategies across multiple regions
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive process improvements
* Analyze and optimize spend categories to reduce costs and improve efficiency
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
* Minimum 7-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
* Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
