Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at VANTAGER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. This part-time role involves managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative work efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Provide basic communication support to clients via text and calls
  • Assist in handling marketing campaigns and client interactions
  • Perform other simple ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Excel/Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work 2-3 weekdays per week with a 4-6 hour shift

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsof Office certification (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Interpersonal Skills training or experience
