We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at WEB SYNERGIES (S) PTE LTD. As a key member of our Payments Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop payment hub-related build and integration activities
  • Support system architecture, design, and cross-business area support
  • Own end-to-end application delivery for specified projects, identifying and engaging all technical component teams
  • Ensure project designs are compliant with architecture standards
  • Support design, development, implementation, and maintenance of series of programs, subsystems, revisions, and enhancements of existing applications
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working as part of Payments Technology solution at an IT company, as Full-stack Developer / Integration Developer / Solution Architect
  • Technical skills: Java (core), Spring boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Postgres, Camunda (workflow), MongoDB, Spring batch, Redis (cache)
  • Exposure to Banking – Payments domain, Payment processing system/products/applications, payments workflow, various payments scheme and framework
  • Experience of application developer in Microservices architecture, design and build of integration components, data structures and algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented design principles
  • Experience building highly scalable distributed systems, resilient application/product with supports high throughput, supports high-volume/TPS, 24x7x365
  • Strong skills in key J2EE technologies like Core Java, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Java Mail, XML, JAXP, JAAS, JMS, JSTL, JTA, batch
  • Experience with various integration design patterns (API, MQ etc.), frameworks experience – Spring/Hibernate/Struts/Jasper/Quartz
  • Good knowledge of MongoDB (preferred), MYSQL etc.
  • Fully conversant on Interface design, Database design, OOAD
  • Experience CI:CD process and tools like Jenkins
  • Ability to work in a team/individually and handle deadlines
