Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to combine operations, customer service, and sales support skills in a unique pet aftercare environment.


Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism, handling enquiries and providing guidance on available services.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, and cremation services management.
  • Support pet families during cremation services, offering comfort and guidance as needed.
  • Operate company vehicles safely for the collection and transportation of deceased pets.
  • Ensure deceased pets are handled with care and respect throughout the process.

Skill Requirements
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Be compassionate, respectful, and comfortable working in a pet aftercare environment.
  • Demonstrate strong empathy and communication skills, particularly when supporting grieving pet owners.
  • Show reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to changing situations.
