Job Title: Sales Solutions Engineer

At Melioris Recruitment Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, providing exceptional service to our clients, and growing our business through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and develop solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Prospect and expand referral networks to seek out potential clients.
  • Work closely with Client Service Executives to grow the business and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients, and refer to engineer specialists as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales, preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
  • Possess own vehicle.
