Job Title: Employee Wellness and Engagement Asst Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Wellness and Engagement Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement programs that promote a positive work culture and support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that align with the organization's culture and values;
  • Support key negotiations by summarizing implications on the business and associated risks;
  • Promote workplace wellness and mental health literacy and resilience;
  • Plan and execute diversity and inclusion related activities;
  • Manage relationships with people and communicate effectively to carry out HR functions;
  • Manage industrial and labour relations;
  • Drive staff welfare programs;
Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration/ any related field from a recognized university;
  • Min 3-4 years of experience required;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good management skills of the team;
