Counselor Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Counselor Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assessing the strengths and resilience of clients and their families. Your role will involve conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments, establishing strong relationships with residents, and providing effective casework management.
Your successful work in this position will require excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals. A degree in Social Work and 1-2 years of experience working in a residential setting for the elderly are essential qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
