We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to join our Breakfast Services Part-Timer role. This position involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in The Great Room, where guests can relax and enjoy food and beverages. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests according to company standards and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay;
  • Clearing tables and preparing for service to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience;
  • Refreshing food and beverages in The Great Room to meet the evolving needs of our guests;
  • Completing closing duties, including storing reusable foods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, and maintaining a clean and organized environment;
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience by anticipating and addressing their needs promptly and professionally;
  • Performing other assigned duties and responsibilities as requested by the Duty Manager or Operations Manager.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. You should also be proficient in basic computer literacy and have a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
