Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at WENG MENG (SG) PTE. LTD.

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 90,000 - 120,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead in marketing and business development activities of the Business Development Civil Department, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.
  • To perform market research and identify prospective local project leads, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential working partners for targeted projects, evaluating their capabilities and alignment with our company goals.
  • To communicate with potential clients, consulting firms, and other stakeholders to collect information on targeted projects, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Promote Company's innovation and technology to potential clients, developing new business fields and opportunities through effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and growth strategies and plans, aligning them with our company's overall objectives.
  • Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Increase the clientele base by proactively sourcing, arranging meetings, and developing new relationships, expanding our network and reach.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective projects and client's information, providing valuable insights for future growth initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports to provide updates and progress on potential business opportunities and key indicators to management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with tender team to manage proposal response process, including detailed tender/bid requirements, ensuring timely and effective responses to RFPs.
