Corporate Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Operations Manager to join our team at Penguins Co-Spaces PTE. LTD.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to lead our front desk operations, manage day-to-day tasks, and ensure seamless centre operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management: Ensure consistent coverage during business hours, be the on-site point of contact, and greet clients and guests.
- Operations and Management: Conduct morning walkthroughs to address issues, liaise with cleaning companies, track keys, receive and process mail, and provide support for meeting room booking.
- Clients Engagement & Retention: Complete scheduled conversations with clients, anticipate client needs, follow up on negative feedback, and review client feedback to implement proactive changes.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Conduct pre-check-in meetings, inform building MCST, complete New Client Orientation Tours, conduct check-out meetings, and collect keys/key cards upon check-out.
- Good Communication Skills: Good spoken English and Mandarin required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with customer service and/or sales & marketing experience a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, cheerful, and energetic team player with ability to work independently and multitask.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
