Occupational Therapist Job Summary

Our organization is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children aged 2 and above who have special needs. You will be part of a trans-disciplinary team that provides holistic programs for children.

  • You will assess occupational performance needs of children with special needs and develop and implement appropriate therapy programs.
  • You will deliver therapy services through direct therapy, consultation, collaboration, or monitoring progress.
  • You will work closely with the intervention team on assessment, goal development, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring.
  • You will maintain documentation on clients' progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practising certificate with the Allied Health Professions Council.
  • Experience working with pediatric care.
  • Ability to manage special needs kids addressing play, sensory regulation, fine motor, visual perceptual, coordination, attention, and related issues.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
